Liberty restaurant


The restaurant was born from the creation of a big fully equipped kitchen, conceived to host banquets, meetings, conventions and receptions. It translates into a modern catering experience : great atmosphere and hospitality, local menus with typical foods from Piedmont as well as favorites from the Italian tradition, light meals designed for business lunches and theme banquets for holidays and special occasions.

FOOD AND WINE SPECIALTIES: The chef at Liberty loves to select the best ingredients and local products to offer a creative interpretation of the culinary tradition of the area. Equal attention is devoted to the constant improvement of the wine cellar, rich in the best local wines and rare distillates. Since 2010 the restaurant is also a “pizzeria” with a firewood oven.
